Just did bootcamp and Strikefit classes back to back. Hard to see the bag with sweat dripping into my eyes, lol! The sign of an awesome workout though! Lori is a fabulous and inspiring instructor.

Seriously love Michelle's bootcamp class. 5:30am is early for some of us but she makes it worth getting up and "getting it done" early! Love it!!
