I recently signed up for the beach body challenge, after a friend had been telling me about her experiences for a year and a half. What an awesome place, the instructors are extremely helpful, making sure you are doing each exercise correctly so you get the full benefit of each move. The class is also helpful, encouraging and they cheer you on. So glad I decided to finally join!
