It’s been just a couple of weeks but I am really enjoying this place. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging and they push you in a good way.
Attended a session with a girlfriend last week. Coaches were terrific. No judgement, lots of positivity, and a great workout. Love this type of smaller more local gym atmosphere.

I haven't been to a gym in years. Kendy is super friendly, and so was everybody in the class. All body shapes and sizes. The trainers are great. You will really enjoy this place. So happy I found a great place. Month 2.. Let's Goooooooo!!!!!
