Talk about an amazing place to be! I have tried several gyms (including F45 and OrangeTheory) but never felt like I fit in. I have always been an athletic person but this gym encompasses hard work, dedication and a family atmosphere. There is such a mix of athletic AND unathletic, younger AND older, male and female. Fitfx is such an awesome gym .The coaches are so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, encouraging,and push you to go beyond what you thought was possible. They are there to help you improve and meet you where you are . hey get to know your name and will encourage you to try a heavier weight , go faster , go harder. They also notice if you need a modification or have an injury. They correct you without making you feel bad . There's so many things I've done I never thought I could . I love this place! Kendy, Andria, and Janet are awesome coaches. Very helpful and supportive during workouts. I’m new to the area and looked at many gyms like this. This one was by far the best and most reasonably priced, especially for the unlimited membership. I was also given a free heart rate monitor when signing up which was very appreciated and motivates me to work harder and harder during my workouts.
