I'm a member of the gym (which is great) but recently also needed physical therapy because of a back injury. The physical therapy team at the Fit Stop are very professional and thoughtful in their approach. I was very impressed and I am so much better than when I started. They have also given me a good program to continue to work on in the gym on my own. Strongly recommend them when you need physical therapy.
I love it!!!!! Must go to this place even at least once!
Toby is very knowledgeable, and he really cares about his patients. I had a very positive experience doing physical therapy at The Fit Stop, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Physical Therapist.
I met Corie Lee Rino, Stephany Llewelyn & Barbara Evans there yesterday for Corie's Flash TV Show, Flex Squad and My Flash TV Show, Beau'd NOT Broken--"The Daily Bend." What amazing facilities! Amazing, Friendly and helpful people. A great sense of "The Joy of Fitness," inside the gym areas. I had a BLAST with these beautiful and genuine ladies.
