I had been suffering from upper back pain, with physical therapy providing little relief. I am happy to report that the fitness program Kevin has customized for me, has resolved my pain. His no-muscle-left-behind philosophy, cheery sense of humor, and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of physical fitness, make recommending him a no-brainer.
I’ve been working with Kevin for about 9 months. I’m an ER doc in my 60’s. I came to The Fit Self with numerous significant weaknesses, chronic pain, poor balance and limited range of motion in some joints. My cardio-respiratory and muscular endurance were poor.
