After years of struggling with Plantar fasciitis and participating in unsuccessful physical therapy, I began with the FIT Institute and Ryan LeFever. After my first session, I was given an email with home assignments which contained live examples of how to do stretches and other techniques to ease the pain from running. My weekly sessions at the Institute are so helpful and Ryan does a great job of explaining why certain parts of my leg and foot hurt and how to work on each area while still being able to exercise and run. ... read more
