Bought the 14 day pack to try out this local studio. The teachers are motivating and help you with your form by redirecting you or by giving you a shout out if you are doing it right. As a teacher myself, I appreciate their clear directions, modeling the movement, and positive feedback. Joined at the lowest class quantity (5 at 20 each) because it is expensive, but I already see results from 8 classes and feel amazing. Warning: ice cream shop is next door to the studio. Stay strong.

I LOVE the Fit Factor Studio! I usually go to the morning classes before work. Getting up and going to the gym makes me feel accomplished. I can't control what happens the rest of my day, but i control my decision to work out! The trainers make me feel super motivated, so I always end up pushing myself harder and getting a great work out. The yoga and stretch classes are great for those days when my muscles need a day off. I've only taken the 50 minute fit factor classes but I've loved all of them. The combination of treadmill and circuit training is a lot more fun and interesting than the other classes I've gone through with Classpass i.e. barre classes. I would come back for sure!

I attended a free boxing class. It was really fun and the instructor was really great. I was drenched at the end of it. I would've loved to have joined but it is too far of a drive for me.
