I had the opportunity to meet with Mike for InBody. I received excellent explanations and interpretation of the measurements and inputs to improve my numbers. I am a physician and I was very impressed by his deep understanding and knowledge in biology and sport medicine. He is a great coach and advisor.

I started at The Fit Clinic back in February, during a time when I felt frustrated and stuck. Thanks Peter from FitClinic for training me. Also, thanks to Mike for giving me opportunity to train at his club. I would highly recommend people who need guidance in being better in shape and bodybuilding to join their training club. In life you cannot rely on yourself, you need someone to train you to be better version of yourself.

I've had the pleasure of training with Kathy, and she's been fantastic. She's really knowledgeable and always knows how to push me just the right amount. Her approach is personalized, making sure every session is effective and motivating. I Highly recommend her!
