Let just say , When you drive by , the outside would fool you. But this place is good I had the seafood platter which comes with shrimp, fish, hush puppies, oysters, 1 side, and a salad..My husband had the blackened catfish. .Let me tell you for the price ...I'm leaving a very satisfied customer.The owner is also funny...I definitely will be back. ..

The Fishing Hole is in a category of its own! The excellent food was only topped by the great customer service. The chef greeted us and all his customers with a warm and friendly welcome making us feel at home. The decor of the restaurant was neat, clean and classy. The catfish I ordered was prepared and seasoned to perfection, the house salad was colorful and delicious. My wife ordered a blackened grouper sandwich. she said it was too good for words. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Wow! I'll be back. Best seafood sandwich of ANY kind I've ever had. Grilled flounder sandwich was on special. Man, am I glad I stopped in here tonight. First time, but won't be the last.
we were there for the 1st time. really pleasantly surprised with the interior. Dont let the outside fool you. food was excellent, cheese grits amazing. hubby said was the best mullet he ever had and I really enjoyed the grouper. Service couldnt have been better!!

We picked this place to try a new place and it was absolutely fantastic! The food, the service, the atmosphere...it was top notch. Chef Maine took fantastic care of us, as well! I will definitely be going back!
Well...We have found our new favorite restaurant!!! The food was outstanding! My hubby said the gumbo was the BEST he has ever had (and he has tried a lot of gumbo at countless restaurants). The fried mullet, catfish, turnip greens, and cheese grits were perfect. Lovely atmosphere as well!! (Loved the 80's music they had playing tonight) You have got to try The Fishing Hole!!!
