So far, my experience has been great. The leasing team has been very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made everything much easier. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and look forward to moving in.
Birte is phenomenal!! And I had the best move in experience. Absolutely love my new place. So convenient to everything Baldwin Park without the hefty price most places charge.
I absolutely fell in love with the charm of this place but after I moved in I kinda felt abandoned by the former staff, issues piling up left and right. I was actually starting to feel like maybe I should leave but then Jillian Levine became the community director and that COMPLETELY changed! Within a month she addressed and solved every single issue I was having. I finally feel like I can enjoy this place thanks to her!!
A huge Thank you to my new manager Jillian, since she has taken over, the complex looks great and I love my complex. Her and her team are great to work with and quick with maintenance responses to make sure we have what we need. It's a great place to live.
