My husband. Willie E. Mitchell Jr, took me here for some of the most delicious sea food. It's not a sit down place it is carry out.
Once living in the area, The Fish Keg was always a treat and a delight to get great food prepared perfectly and packed perfectly in waxed brown paper bags, just the way it should be. Today whenever anywhere near the area it is a must to stop in for the same perfectly prepared food. Savoring every delicious, crunchy bite, it continues to be a delight and treat.
So good fresh seafood we had fried calamari fried scallops and fried shrimps we will be back
I love the fish keg! Fried shrimp and scallops are my downfall !
The greatest place that exist in Chicago. I wish I lived next door.. I would fill my bathtub with their delicious fried shrimp!!
