Cannot recommend any business that discriminates against the disabled. Two disabled women with their service dogs were illegally denied entrance to the Fish Hopper. Hopefully, a complaint will be filed with the Department of Justice and they will also sue the restaurant for discrimination. Boycott the Fish Hopper.
After denying two disabled service dog handlers, it’s clear that this restaurant has no interest in following federal law... let alone basic ethics. What they have done is a gross violation of civil rights afforded by the ADA. I certainly do not recommend any business that behaves this way.
It is very disappointing that this restaurant denied access to two disabled women and their highly trained and perfectly behaved service dogs. Even after police were called and they advised that this restaurant was in the wrong. No one deserves to be treated this way. Especially since these two ladies have dined at this restaurant with their service dogs before with zero issues! Very disappointing that these ladies were treated in such a way.

This restaurant denied two disabled individuals and their highly trained service animals, even after the handlers answered the two legally allowed questions. The handlers were even refused service after a police officer advised the business owner that they were violating federal law. Any business that treats disabled people as second class doesn’t deserve anything but a massive lawsuit.
We will not visit this place again. No food is worth being treated the way we were, like second class citizens.
RecommendedAmazing food and service. The prices may seem high but the quality is the best. I have the Ahi Tuna and it melted in my mouth. Our server was the best even brought by some deserts I wish I had some room for them. 10/10 would eat here again. Their clam chowder is to die for best in town!
