First time setting up a saltwater tank and these guys were great. I was a bit suprised to see a pricing sheet for water testing though. Seemed like something they would do for you to gain your business. Love this place with prices and selection being great (from what we've seen). Heading back there today to get things for our new 55 gal setup :)
1 year ago I definitely would have given this place 5 stars, but the customer service is very lacking now. I came down to purchase several large ticket items for my salt tank, and couldn't get anyone to even respond to me. I don't know what changed to make customer service this bad, but please go back to the way you were a year ago. Until it changes my money and recommendations are headed to Denver.
Beautiful store. They have a ridiculously big aquarium it's sweet! Nice frags at a decent price. The staff was helpful and very patient with my millions of questions. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
Never buy plants here. Infested with snails and glass worms. Overpriced.
The variety of fresh water plants is impressive. The fish are healthy and well taken care of. KNowledgeable staff.
Don't know a thing about fish. Bought a couple Bettas and Mike helped me And I felt so much better walking out of there knowing where I can now I have a place to go.

It's always a pleasure to walk into the store whether to browse, buy or seek advice.
I have been in the fish hobby off and on for almost 35 years and this is the absolute best fish store I have ever been in. Tanks are immaculate, fish always look healthy and other than a slightly salty scent the place doesn't smell like your typical fish store. Staff is very knowledgeable.
