I got a betta and a snail from here and all the fish were very healthy and happy looking
hands down the best store in the state!! with some of the best people!! or at least it used to be but over the last couple years it keeps going down!! each time I go in I find out that another great employee is gone but yet abby the worst one is still there. her customer service is the worst I have ever seen!! and that not just with me!! please bring back Jason, simon, and Kristin they were what made the store great!!! now its just a over priced, and I mean way over fish store with crappy service unless shari is there, and m... read more

Great staff that is knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
I am not a fish person by any means. I am a very big reptile keeper and I was faced with building a huge cage for my Palp caiman and the customer service was amazing and the associate I worked with felt with every curve ball I threw and if she did not know she would admit it and go find the answer. This is by far one of the best small business's that I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. Thank you and I will be back when ever I have an aquatic question about products or even fish
I went into this store to purchase new fish for my tank that has been sitting vacant since my last fish went to heaven about a month ago. I have plants so kept the tank up. The employees here are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It's clear that they are experienced and take wonderful care of the fish that they stock. I love supporting such a fabulous and trustworthy local business. I won't purchase fish or aquarium plants anywhere else.
It doesn't matter which employee I talk to, all of them have been helpful and so knowledgeable. They also aren't afraid to say they don't know and find the answer. I've never had a planted tank before but with their expertise our planted tank is flourishing and we just planted a second one! Our fish are always super healthy and in great shape from these guys. They are worth the drive from Cheyenne.
