You have now hit an all time low for customer service. I called at noon to let you know my bill pay wasn't working and you had me call your bill pay vendor. I had to call them twice.(which i would h d thought aas your job). They told me it was the banks issue I called the bank back talked to operations. They told me to call bill pay. I told her I had twice. She said she would call me back and never did. I tried to get a hold of operations to no avail. I spoke to another manage at 445pm I advised I had to get my bills paid.
