very bad bank if you have mobile deposits. online nextday says funds are released but they aren't! so if you have a low balance and app tells you the rest cleared, do not go out to eat. your card will decline and if no one can cover your payment you now are facing misdemeanor theft charges. do you know if you have your p&c and or l&h licenses a charge like this puts your licenses at risk. and worst part is they have been notified several times about this. it appears they will only take action once this occurs and there is a ... read more

I went there like 10 times no joke for online banking but they can’t make it because I don’t have a ssn? I used Bank of America before and they make it in 10 mints if I want to check my account how much I have I can’t even use the mobile app I need to call the bank it’s just so stupid I’m not recommend them at all I will switch to different bank very soon.
After banking with them for 12 years, my account was closed due to overdraft in the middle of this pandemic while I had no income. The overdraft due was sent to collections. Thanks People’s!!

You have completely destroyed the feel of a hometown bank. Just noticed the "monthly maintenance fee" on my account. I've used the First National Bank of Suffield for 25 years and I will be closing my account. We were told nothing would change with the merger.. what a joke. Not to mention you slashed my child's high yield savings account that First National had in place. You've lost another loyal customer..

Customer service seriously lacks. No one is attempting to keep long-time good customers. They have an “I don’t really care” attitude. It’s too bad. FNBS was not built on this 🥺
