This location is always very helpful. Mandy did an excellent job assisting me with my switch from The First to Renasant Bank. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend this location, and especially Mandy, for outstanding service.
No one will answer the phones, I have been locked out of my accounts, what is going on here? Left messages and no one will return my call. Went to local location and they are clueless on what is going on. Need help!!!
The transfer from The First to the Renasant Bank has been terrible. No messaging of problems. We are left in the dark and the phone lines are all busy. They should be messaging by email or website, but nothing.
