I started coming here when it was The First before transitioning to Renasant. I've always had great experiences at this location and the staff have always been helpful and courteous.
CD rates are low. You can never reach anyone on the phone and the fees are ridiculous.

I try calling the bank and it just rings and this the only bank I can't get no one to answer. It could be important but how would they know if they don't answer the freaking phone
