Unfortunately its hard to say which branch is lacking customer service because Mary E. Is always the name of the live agent via chat. So , as a whole, this bank is lacking professionalism, accountability, infotmation,and knowledge.. In person everyone is somewhat friendly but woth phone calls or chat the service is horroble and borderline rude. Its your choice to work at a financial institution and dealing with unhappy or concerned individuals is your job. Don't ruin someone's day because you are awful at your position.
This bank has gone down hill since changing to renasant. Horrible app. It wants to send verification to a number I never heard of but Alex get upset with me like I'm doing something wrong. Smh. Leaving bank
