The staff on Mitcham are always so attentive, and very helpful to all of us. I have appreciated them for many years. And it was clear to me that they are a five star plus organization.
First Bank has kind quality people that give you good customer service!
Worse bank I ever experience. If you need a reliable bank, this is not it! I'm on my working assignment in another town and keep on getting left penniless by new bank cards that don't work. Of course, when I come home on the weekends, they are closed, and their ATMs do not dispense cash. No one answers after hours, so if you have a job that won't allow you to call on business hours, you will never get in touch with anyone. It's a true nightmares with this bank. Be aware!
