I rented a home through this broker and worked with the real estate agent Adriana. The experience was very disappointing. Adriana showed little knowledge of the property and failed to ask important questions of the owner. After moving in, the owner informed me that several of my concerns had never been communicated to her. Promises made during the rental process were not kept, and significant lease changes were presented as demands instead of being handled professionally. 10/10 experience. Nafees is by far the hardest working agent I’ve ever used. Whatever he doesn’t know, he’s a quick to say he doesn’t know, but then will go out of his way to pull in resources from his team to make sure you’re given information accurately. We sold during a relatively slow sellers market and Nafees went out of his way to proactively find buyers through other real estate companies. He did multiple open houses and followed up relentlessly with buyers until he found us someone. Recommended 100x

Everything we were promised by the agent named Adriana never followed through, and when the broker was made aware of it, he didn’t care. Instead of taking responsibility, he dismissed our concerns, what we felt like pressured us to send money for a lease we hadn’t even reviewed, and acted as if addressing basic tenant needs was a favor.
