RecommendedAs a gym owner myself in PA, I came down to Rehoboth to work with Paul to learn, become a better coach, and work on things for a certification. It was an absolute blast to get to go through a training session with him! He pushed me, was encouraging and just pleasant and fun to be around. If anyone is in or near Rehoboth, you need to go to The Firm Fitness Center and work with Paul!
Great workout space for a serious workout. Paul was very professional and my personal trainer Brad did an outstanding job teaching me new exercises with a variety of equipment! I will be back! 😊
My son loves going there and the staff are very nice.
This is our vacation gym. Perfect size, tons of equipment and a great atmosphere. Love The Firm! See you in July!
