Ms. Nelson, it is laughable that you accuse myself and The Fire Works of being thieves. After all, you know that your plumbing, HVAC, and electrical rough-in bills were all paid in full and cost more than 30K. Also, the damaged contents of the home were disposed of and the home gutted taking several weeks and many roll off dumpsters. DISHONEST SCOUNDRELS are the best words to describe The Fire Works Restoration Company. No paperwork was provided to substantiate costs. They took my money and did about 1/4th of the work, then just quit. The owner, Pete Mitchell, hasn't returned my calls and has yet to provide proof of expenses. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Period.
