In addition to Josh Ragans review. The guy you're talking about is likely the part owner Ryan Williams. A few years back we ordered wood from his other business central oregon firewood and got shorted by a few feet off of 2 chords we bought. When I told him about it he reacted very poorly. I am surprised this guy isn't in jail having the outburst he does. I will never do business with this guy again and I would not recommend him for anything.

That is the worst retail experience I have ever had. I showed up at the store cash in hand, ready to buy firewood for the season. Some random guy walks up in plain clothes, so I asked him if he works here. His response was. Of course I work here. What kind of stupid question is that. I replied wow, that’s how you treat your customers? I’ll get my firewood somewhere else. So I left. Don’t expect friendly service from this place. You can expect to take it or leave an attitude. I’m just blown away.
Got a large tote of sawdust. Good looking stuff. About 500 lbs for 20.00
Was able to pick up a huge bag of oak for my bbq pit at a very reasonable price. It is cut perfectly for my bbq and beautifully seasoned to the right moisture content. The guys were extremely helpful and friendly and loaded it into my truck and cinched it down. The bag is great and held over a thousand pounds of wood neatly. I will be back for more when this load is done.
