Friendly, helpful lady in the office. The guys were on time and it looks great! Took no time at all and even cleaned up, didn’t even know they were there. 😃 Will definitely be recommending them to people we know in need of their service!

Horrible service!!!!! To make a long story very short: they came out to do an annual service & clean my gas log fireplace. They put the gas logs back in the wrong position which caused it to burn incorrectly and fill with soot. They completely deny any wrongdoing even though the company that I had out to fix it (NOT The Fireplace Shoppe) repositioned the logs correctly and now it runs great. it's virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. How can they do business when so much of their business starts with a phone call?
If you want a company that disses appointments, cannot give estimates in a timely manner or at all; won't call you back, these guys are it.
