Fine service from Karl
We needed to upgrade our fireplace doors and had a hard time finding a replacement because they were an odd size. I reached out to the Fireplace Shop and spoke with Rupauk about cost and style of new doors. He was extremely helpful and sent out an associate to make sure the measurements were accurate before placing the order. I love that they are made in Canada and they look amazing! The Fireplace Shop made me feel like a valued customer through every step! Thank you so much for the excellent service!
Utterly un reliable service! Do not purchase from this store if you want have a working fireplace for the winter months. It takes three months to arrange for service for a fireplace installed by this company!!!
