Great job by customer service and the tech that came out. They fixed the issue I was having plus brought light to another issue that was unknown and promptly ordered the parts and repaired the issue at no charge as it was still under warranty. LOVE the fireplace. Looks great and we get a lot of positive comments on it.
We highly recommend The Fireplace People for all of your fireplace needs. The technician sent to our home cleaned our gas insert, fixed a short in a wire that could cause potential issues, as well as installing a heater. All of this at a very reasonable price. This is an excellent business to do business with.
