We ordered a gas fireplace insert in early May and it was installed the July 6th. From start to finish, I didn't love the process, the service was unfortunate as the salesperson left and then the order not placed or forgotten. I had to follow up with multiple people to figure out why the order wasn't placed. Once the insert was shipped, it was damaged so we had to wait again. Incredibly frustrated all around.

Always a great experience with The Fireplace People. They are very well versed in any situation that comes up. Try to book them months in advance for an annual check up/cleaning. They are extremely busy which tells you how great they are.
