Pat is always so helpful. Also Lisa who schedules the appointments is so helpful. I had to switch my appointment. She was so great about working with me to reschedule
I recently had the Fireplace People service my 21 year old gas fireplace and their service technician, Josh is a real professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who manages to leave the fireplace spotless when he is finished. There was some concern about water getting into my chimney and they had their installation crew inspect my cap and flashing to be sure that there was no ongoing cap or flashing issues.
Reilly was great in helping get the microswitch I needed for a 25+ year old fireplace. I didn't even need to come into the store until the part came in.
Excellent service and installation! Highly recommend!!
