Great service!! Brian and Derrick were very thorough and took time to answer all of our questions. They did their best to try and repair our 30 year old gas fireplace per our request but due to the fireplace not being manufactured in 15 years, the part (which surprisingly they did find) didn't work out. We now have a beautiful electric fireplace they installed in it's place with a custom surround. We recommend this company!
Originally had an appointment to service my gas fireplace about a month out, but they called me and quickly got me in after someone had cancelled. The technician, Brian, was punctual and very thorough. A friend recommended this business to me, and I recommend them as well.
