RecommendedI recently contacted The Fireplace Company to work on a gas wood stove that I have had for over 10 years. They responded promptly and scheduled an appointment quickly. They showed up, which in this day and age speaks volumes to me! Matt Lewis did a wonderful job fixing my problem and providing me with solutions so that it was best for me financially. I purchased a Green Mountain Daniel Boone pellet smoker from these nice people and cannot say enough about their professionalism and their desire to help their customers at any time. Recently I had a problem with my smoker and it was out of warranty. I called and spoke to Melissa and she called me back a couple days later to tell me she had gotten me the part I needed at no cost to me! We've bought 3 fireplaces from them and am looking to buy a fourth. The FPC has been very helpful .
I was in on 1/12 to get some piping for a pellet stove we purchased from a family friend. The staff was so helpful in making sure we had the right pieces and were installing the piping correctly. We learned that the sample piece I brought in was installed wrong by the friend we purchased it from. I thought we would need an extra piece, and they walked me through another solution so we wouldn't have to purchase a $90 piece of piping.
