I've used this company for 3 years now for chimney cleaning and am satisfied with their service. The first year it was on a coupon for a free cleaning (I paid the sales tax). Their objective was to sell a fireplace replacement system that is beautiful, but not for me in my situation. I have a fireplace insert that is just right for the fireplace. I did not hire this company. My landlord did. My fireplace has vents on the side (not sure why they are there) and smoke was leaking from the vents as well as from the front of the fireplace. This company came in and convinced my landlord to spend $5,000.00 on a whole new metal system to be placed inside the chimney. They installed their system, and the fireplace is still doing the same thing it was BEFORE they came.
