Worst experience with our free standing gas log stove purchased here. Quick to cash out check when purchased but we have twice needed to have repairs to the stove and both times it took 2-3 months just to have someone come to our home. The last incident our stoves baffle crumbled and fell on the ceramic logs. We called the store and requested we send a picture to them.
