When they installed my fireplace 20 years ago, they were rude. I called to see if they could come out and service my Fireplace as the Flue keeps popping open, they said that there is no repair parts left. When I asked if they could look at it to try to make it better, he said "if we try to work on it and it gets worse, then we are married to it." I asked if they don't stand behind their installations, and he said " that was 20 years ago and those installers are long gone." Fire places are supposed to last longer than 20 ... read more
