This is a neat venue to host an small event. I never knew it existed. It has one large room and a smaller backroom. Then a smaller room near the front door, that had open doorways (without doors) at each end of the wall. The party I was at, they put the teenagers in the smaller back room and used the smaller front room to serve drink. Also have two bathrooms which was key. I could see renting for a small company party. I would say it fits 100 comfortably

Simple venue for a wedding! Shot the ceremony outside next to the water, reception and other happenings indoors.
