Update: Finally got a call back from Luann on 12/10/25. She referred me to Farley & Hysaw for maintenance/repairs. My husband and I have called three times leaving detailed messages over the last week regarding an issue with a previously-purchased fireplace insert. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone, nor have we received any callback.
No one ever answers the phone.
