The Finn Lofts is one of the best places to live in downtown Wichita. It has tons of character. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, large windows, and contemporary finishes. Short walk to Old Town and the Intrust arena, and management is responsive and constantly improving. Highly recommend.
Cute apartment, serious issues. Buyer beware. Getting approved and signing the lease was easy. Unfortunately, that was the smoothest part of the experience. On move-in day, I had to text the property manager to remind her that I needed a key. This same thing happened to my neighbor, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. Parking is listed as “park at your own risk” in the lease, and that disclaimer exists for a reason.
