After going elsewhere and not being satisfied, I must say that Bonnie is the best Permanent Makeup Artist in Lancaster, PA. She completely fixed my brows! Not only did she take the time to understand my expectations, but she also advised me of which shape enhanced my features and followed through--delivering above my expectations. I highly recommend her for Permanent Makeup Procedures, Electrolysis, Skin Care, and Tattoo Removal. I just wished I found her sooner!
