As an athlete who trains and competes at a high level, I’m often finding lagging and nagging parts of my body that sometimes flare up after, during and generally because of my intense training. I highly recommend Clinton! He is very skilled in his work. He is always able to find my pain points and makes sure I am feeling better than when I came in. Not only is he great at what he does, he is very personable and knowledgeable in many different subjects. We talk about things like how to stay active, how to stretch and take care of my body and how to make the right nutrition decisions.
