I must say one of the coolest car washes I've ever been to
We've been a customer of The Finish Line Car Wash for twenty years, but today was the last visit. The quality of the wash has deteriorated under the new ownership. Today was the worst yet. The car came out with bird poop still on the hood, door and windshield, debris on the floor mats and carpet, and dust on the screens.
New owners? This place is going down hill. Showed up at 5:12 and they tell me they're closed, even though on maps it says they close at 5:30. Came here one time before this visit and the service was mediocre at best. They don't clean the cars properly. Definitely won't be back anymore.
Long time intermittent customer, with a little trepidation seeing recent negative reviews. Car was pretty dirty. Got the Turbo, they did a great job, so I immediately came back with my other vehicle. Since it was my baby as opposed to my wife's car (shhh! :)), I decided to step up to the Indy 500. The guy said that given the nature of the trim on my vehicle I wouldn't see a difference and advised the Turbo, so points for honesty. Possibly the worst car wash I’ve ever had. 50 bucks and there’s still bug splats on the front and dust in the interior. When I said to The kind lady outside my car is still not clean she said I would need to order the detail package if I wanted bugs to be gone. I paid for a car wash and got a semi clean car. Will not be back. Avoid.
