Ben did an amazing job on our pantry and braces for our side porch. He constructed custom shelving for a closet pantry and added braces to an existing porch to add interest to an otherwise plain column. His attention to detail is exceptional. He is a true craftsman! He’s kind and respectful and the projects exceeded our expectations.
Ben did a great job on adding decorative wainscoting to the wall of our staircase. He is very professional in his approach to the work, extremely easy to talk to, and very open to questions or requests. He did the work in a timely manner, kept us informed on the progress, and cleaned up the area when finished. Would gladly recommend Ben for any woodworking project!

I have the distinct honor of knowing Ben since high school. He was a stand up guy then, and that hadn't changed. I've been blown away at Ben's progression with his craft. He is a true woodworking craftsman. Every finished project I see I am just in awe. I recently had the opportunity to purchase some smaller, decorative pieces from him (old tobacco barn oak posts turned into candle holders) and they're pieces of art all on their own. Build with Ben, you won't regret going with Griggs.
Ben did an incredible job converting a standard cabinet door into a glass door for our basement kitchenette. He was very professional and timely and his pricing is fair. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable carpenter!
