Absurdly expensive and the rooms are comically small. The shower in a “king” room is actually in the room. There isn’t a separate bathroom. The toilet is separate, but the sink and shower are in the room. The whole room fills with steam when you shower. Our A/C didn’t work. The parking lot doesn’t have enough space for all the cars. We had to park in front of a dumpster and hoped not to get a ticket (we didn’t). The service in the restaurant is awful. We went for breakfast and it took 40 minutes. For breakfast. This hotel is super cool. I enjoyed my stay here so much. Great location, great food, great people. And Sarah at the front desk is awesome.
It is a nice small cozy hotel. It cannot be compared to its fancy competitors on the area but it still offers a decent service and good quality small rooms. The restaurant attached to it is actually one of the best in Oceanside on my opinion.
Service was not good. Staff is very accommodating and good customer service from hotel staff, however marginal to bad service from management, they are not accommodating, when told I received a ticket for parking when an employee instructed me in was okay to park 2 streets down, they did not give me free parking, they said abput signage, etc. However an employee DID give me free parking after hearing it and them management said 'no' for my additional stay.
