Hotel staff were outstanding and helpful beyond expectations. The champagne at check in was totally unexpected and quite a treat. The room (bungalow) was great and the attached restaurant (Little Fawn) was a jewel and, by far, served the best breakfast we've ever had at a Hilton property. Dinner there was also superb.

Got turned away and they would not honor my booking due to a “system error” even though I paid and traveled all the way there. Even though it was not due to an error on my end I still had to suffer for it because neither they nor Priceline would take accountability. The employees at the front desk were pretty nice but were unable to be of much help. Would not recommend this experience on anyone.
