Downtown next to everything!
A good hotel for tourists and it is my own fault for not qualifying the hotel for business travel. Things you get used to as a business traveler: a quick early breakfast..COFFEE. None of that happens early here but again, not the best choice for business travel. The person at the front desk was pleasant during check in. If you are here to see the sites this is likely a good choice but for business travel it my not be your cup of coffee.
No amount of paint and builder grade flooring will change that this used to be a pay by the hour hotel. I doubt they sufficiently cleaned enough to remove what was done in these rooms back when this was The Dolphin Hotel.
We just checked in and the internet is down. The receptionist said that it went down yesterday, came on at midnight and went down again. This is unacceptable for ppl that NEED it. The room is also only large enough for the bed & you have to scoot past each . Plud yhe bathroom is open to the room, except for the toilet closet. At this point we'll just have to make the best of it; however I'm unsatisfied.
Great location in central Seaside. So close to the beach and great restaurants.
