As a new resident of Lake Jackson, I was on a mission. I needed good food. Not cute food. Not “it’ll do” food. I needed something that would speak to my spirit. And The Fill Station said, “Say less, baby.” First of all, the brisket was on point. Tender. Flavorful. Minded its business and did its job. Awesome as always with coworkers!
Was looking for a Bar-B-Q spot in Lake Jackson and I found a great one. Decorated wall to wall, I think the most alcohol I've ever seen. Indoor and outdoor seating. Waiter took our order and in no time our food came out. I had the two meat plate, Ribs, Brisket, Potato salad and green beans. The Ribs were flavorful, juicy and fall off the bone good, the brisket was moist and had a good smokey flavor, the potato salad and green beans were delicious as well. Really enjoyed the experience.
