Wife paid for rental on chairs a week ahead of time. Showed up today 4/17/2026 at 230pm and no one was there. 3 cars in the parking lot door open and no one around. Sat in the parking lot for about 30 to 45 minutes and called several times…. No answer. Left at 315pm and called again… no answer. Mind you this is all during business hours.

This was my first time going to The Fiesta Store. The staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous and kind yet professional. I was frazzled by a last minute need for a couple of balloon bouquets and had gotten estimates from a few other businesses that do balloons and they just couldn't give me what I wanted and needed for a decent price.
