OMG, where do I start? Let me start by saying that I am glad the lease will be ending soon. This place is unsafe and dirty. The kitchen sink grinder broke, and there was water backing in the sink from this. It took maintenance three months to fix it. The bathtub has clogged numerous times and still retains some water while taking a shower. The walls have been painted over so many times that when you close some doors, they stick, and it is hard to open. A few days ago I visit the fields of Alexandria with my friend Rosa to view an apartment. This leasing office was very welcoming. Natalia and Tharzis provided professional and great customer services. I recommend this place and they both speak Spanish which help my friend because she understood the application process. Hopefully she will be moving soon to this great community.
