Where do I start? Upon moving in my unit was filthy and INFESTED with roaches. It took them months to send someone out to spray and I had to spend hundreds of my own money trying to get rid of them. For 6 months I practically had to live out of storage totes and keep all my food in a sealed bins. The leasing office is also never open during their posted hours for some reason. Took a tour with KoKo and she was great!! Coming from another city and seeing the different styles of homes was definitely a plus along with the office hospitality from her and Erin, the property manager. When looking for a home, outside of what is in the home, I always look at how I’m treated in the leasing office and for that 10/10!!!!
Straight trash. Roaches for sure. Never sprayed regularly.. Hated the area and the apartments after a week of living here. I knew the day we moved in it wasn’t going to be a good experience. Nothing was really ever fixed. Just quick jobs to cover up the issues only for them to return. I definitely don’t believe it’s worth the price. Lipstick on a pig. Paint to cover imperfections (not even well) and constant trash everywhere. Lazy residents not picking up dog poop and leaving trash piles by compacter. Paper thin walls. Kids ... read more
