Mismanagement Since I moved in they have change management twice. It took six months to get the online portal up, meaning all maintenance requests had to be submitted in person. These requests were ignored. The AC/heat does not work, front door doesn't shut right, the shower valve is broken (hope you like cold showers). Beyond that it took calling code enforcement to get them to fix the stairs and lighting outside. The water has also gone out without notice twice. Do not rent here
The main complaint... (Verified Renter) The main complaint I have is I've requested pest control several times but for some reason they never come.
Staff likes to take lunch break on you appointment time Made a appointment for 2pm and the staff left for a lunch break. Lady enters the door locks it and refuses to attend my appointment.

Office Staff I have made several attempts to come to this complex, because the first attempt there was no one in the office around 2:00 pm I waited for about 20 minutes and still no assistance. I would not recommend this complex due to lack of service.
Family This is my first apartment and I just recently had my third child. I moved from New York to the south to live a simpler life and to raise my children and this community has been welcoming and serene. It has a playground and pool and close to stores and is just a blessing for us. I am truly thankful and would appreciate the help :-) Olivia
