We had great experience working with Divosta for our new house in Lake Worth, our representative Marcela Oliver was terrific
Like any new home, we had our share of issues that needed to be addressed. David was very helpful and made it easy to close on our new home. When we enter the community of The Fields, we feel very confident that we made the right decision to buy here. We love the family atmosphere and all of the community out walking. Marcella was a pleasure to work with and was always available to help with any problem this past year. Only wish she could be assigned to us for twenty more!
At the beginning of the process I had a such pleasure to deal with David . He is super professional and make the whole process run smoothly. However , like a lot of another home owners , my house got delayed over 6 months . My house had many issues over this first year , however , Marcela always come over and check the problem each usually it was solved quickly. There NEEDS to be something done about the loud beeping noise in the first gym. I can hear it over my noise cancelling headphones. The main gate entrance is constantly broken so it remains open all night. We are paying to live in a gated community but the gate is always open. What a joke. No one to respond to any complaints.
Nobody is on property to talk to about any issues that are constantly happening. There is a loud beeping noise coming from the electrical closet in the original club house gym. 20 cars of people parking on the street to pick up their child clogging up the roads. Nobody does anything about the issues here because you cant get ahold of anyone!
