Please try and avoid to order the packages if you live here. Someone in the building steals the packages. Only the mailroom has camera and most times Amazon and other shipment companies keep the packages outside the mailroom and they get stolen. When I complained to management they asked me to contact my vendor for a refund or sent me a number to contact police. I requested them to check the cameras in the elevator, I sent him bunch of pictures from the vendor that they delivered the item. But I think I did not get much help... read more

Appliances are old and the floors paper thin. My downstairs neighbor constantly complains about me walking in my apartment
I worked with Rea Rivera and her team to lease an apartment for the summer. WOW - what a great community. Very responsive leasing team and the apartments are beautiful. Even better are the amenities at the property. The swimming pool has a gigantic outdoor TV. I can't say enough good things about The Fields.
