Love this place! I really appreciate the small class size which means you have plenty of space to work out vs those big chain gyms where you often feel crammed into a class like sardines. Small classes also means the trainer pays great attention to each person, making sure they have the correct form and are really challenging themselves to get the most out of the workout. Looking for a workout space - this is it! The coaches are so knowledgeable and can make all the workouts work for you!! Need modifications due to injury, ability, or just plain preference? They can do it. You will get stronger and discover muscles you didn't know you had. Plus it is a fun environment with great music.

Just took my first hiphop class with Anna. I did not expect I would catch up with the beat. But she is so good at teaching and I really enjoy the music and move. It is super fun to do it with the rest of the class.

Just started at Field Fitness a few months ago and have been loving the variety of challenging workouts. They also just opened a new class called The Groove Lab, their hip-hop dance class taught by Coach Anna and I’ll have to admit it’s been hella fun! I’m not an experienced dancer but it’s been fun learning new routines and performing with my field teammates. There’s no ego, everyone is super helpful when learning and breaking down the moves.
