Owners of this complex will not pay contractors for work they complete. We have a father and son business here in southern Illinois, this company approached us to complete work on multiple apartments they have at this location. After letting us know that they would NEVER not pay a subcontractor that is exactly what they did. When you go for your payment it will be the same old run around.
