Terrible after sales service rang over the weekend for issues with a chlorinated that is 3 months old ended up paying for it out of pocket to be fixed myself finally heard back from fiber glass pools saying that I should’ve waited longer meanwhile the pool is sitting there no chlorinator and no pump working at risk of overflowing and flooding the yard Thanks Roger for your terrible service
My husband & I had a 4m x 3.3m Hampton Series pool installed by Port Pools by Design in 2024 & we are so happy with it. The pool is the perfect size, well designed & easy to maintain.
