The Fibreglass Pool Company has been exceptional to work with. Every single person that I have interacted with from sales, administration and the tradies on the job have been super helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention the fact that the pool package itself is all inclusive with no hidden surprises and the whole job was completed ahead of schedule!! If you are considering a pool I would highly recommend them!!! Thanks team for making our pool dream come to life :)
If I could have selected a review below 1 I would have. Their dodgy instsllers made so many errors that the walls of the pool imploded. They then tried to blame the landscapers which was disproved by the QBCC inspector, even though they removed the pool from its hole before it could be inspected in order to cover up evidence of their incompetence. Steer clear of the Slacks Creek branch. Brett the owner also denied the owners any assistance to fix the issue, leaving them with a massive added cost to reinstall the shell proper... read more
