Highly recommend The Fibreglass Pool Company South Brisbane, from the point of sale right through the installation process we cannot fault them. The process was stress free, all the trades involved were exceptional, and their attention to detail was on point. The communication from all the admin staff was excellent, you knew exactly when various trades were attending. Anyone considering a fibreglass pool this is the company to go with! The team at The Fibreglass Pool Company made the process of buying and installing our first ever pool smooth and stress-free. Building pool with these guys. Great customer service at the beginning. But when it’s getting into latter stages, bit unprofessional and slow in completion. All still within contract timelines and clauses but I believe there should be some common sense and care should be taken during construction.
Fantastic service, the team installing the pool had great knowledge and skills and were very professional. All dealings with the office have been awesome and we are really happy with our new fibreglass pool, it looks great. Thanks for making the process so easy at every step of the way.
