I boarded my 2 great Danes for memorial day weekend! This was my first time there. Both ladies that we're at the front were very friendly! Amy helped me finish unloading all of there stuff and helped me load both dogs back in the truck with all of there belongings!! I felt like family and will definitely be back!!!! i was referred here by a friend.. at first i was a little sceptical due to the fact my little guy Tanner isnt the nicest to new people.. hes very temperamental and can be snappy.. but i was assured by my friend that he would be ok,so i called and decided to give it a try..my guy stayed 4 days 5 nights.. i called to check on him a couple times and the staff was never annoyed.. they was always happy to give me updates..one update was that they wasnt sure where i got that he had a short temper, because he was the sweetest guy a... read more
I was hesitant to get my dog shaved down. But he was getting hot and fur was everywhere. Amy helped me talk through things and recommended that I go ahead with getting him shaved. Well today I picked him up today and WOW, he was so handsome and he has loved having all that fur gone. Highly recommend this business! Thanks guys!
Our dogs have loved the fetching post. Recently we had to put one of them to sleep because of cancer. The fetching post took the time to send us beautiful flowers in memory of our dog. Awesome group of people. Our dogs would go crazy when we were getting their bag ready because they knew they were going there. Never saw dogs get so excited about going anywhere like they do for The Fetching Post. They get tons of attention and are truly loved by the staff. Great staff and great service ! Have taken my Great Pyrenees/ Border Collie mix , Lady, there twice . The first time was when we got her coat was in terrible shape! I didn’t want to have to shave her bit told them if they had to that then ok. They worked on her all day and didn’t have to shave her ! Got all the mats out and gave her a beautiful new cut and coat! Thank you for making my Corvette look so adorable before Christmas. This is the best groomer in town, amazing customer service and my little guy always looks amazing, smells great when I pick him up.
